Two sample tenders match the microscope and centrifuge in the inventory. The export contains quantities, amounts and the demo confidence scores.

A procurement specialist had to monitor more than ten tender platforms and decide which listings matched the company's inventory. Finding a listing was only the first step: its relevance still had to be checked.
What I built
- Built scheduled collection, structured field extraction and an LLM relevance filter into one pipeline.
- Combined PostgreSQL full-text search with vector search, then checked matches against the client's inventory register.
- Added role-based access, live task monitoring and Excel export for the people using the results.

The project replaced separate manual visits to 10+ platforms with a single scheduled workflow. Users can review and export matches in one place.
Source & scopeCommercial delivery described in my CV and project portfolio. The recording uses synthetic data and simulated backend responses; client branding is removed.
